Kamado Joe Midweek Lamb Chops

Nothing too fancy today!! Was thinking of just frying on the stove, but common sense kicked in. Fired up the Kamado Joe and decided to give the lamb chops some hot and fast action. Best damn chops!

Very minimal prep – Salt, Pepper, Garlic.

Kamado grill in the lower position. Let the temps come up to a near searing range (~ 250/300°c) while prepping meat and veggies.

So no matter what you are thinking, put in that 15minutes extra and fire up the grill, you won’t be disappointed.
